Restaurant
If you appreciate good food, you will love our cuisine of delicious Thai specialities and international favourites. For your health we grill rather than fry where possible, using natural fresh ingredients and home grown herbs. The vegetables, herbs and fruit served in our restaurant are organically grown on our own farm in the grounds of the Viang.

Mixed garden salad |
Our fruit juices are all freshly squeezed, we have quality teas and supply Blue Mountain coffee from a plantation in Tak province. Vegetarian dishes or other requests are no problem for our chefs.
Our meals may take a few minutes as everything is prepared and cooked fresh when ordered. We serve wholemeal bread and mixed brown rice for better nutrition. We have a good choice of wines, beers, cocktails & spirits and you will be happy with our sensible prices.
