Restaurant
Our open air restaurant is
overlooking beautiful Chiang Saen lake. We serve Thai (central region
style) and international food. Our meals are prepared to healthy
recipes (less frying, more grilling etc) and we only serve wholemeal
bread, low fat milk etc. Our fruit juices are all freshly made.

Basil, tomato, mozzarella cheese
salad, Cheese & worcester sauce toasties, Home
made chicken soup or pumpkin soup, Spicy sardines on
toast, Pork chops with lynchee/longan/mushroom gravy,
Grilled salmon with mint in white wine sauce, Spaghetti
Seafood or Carbonara, Home made chips (french fries to
our American friends), Fresh fruit salad pancakes, Full
Monty English breakfast (garlic sausage, ham/bacon, eggs, tomato,
mushroom, wholemeal bread).
Thai:
Massaman Gai - chicken & coconut
curry, Geng Kiaow Wan Gai - green chilli chicken curry
with eggplant, Grilled Mekong River or Chiang Saen
Lake fish with fresh mixed vegetables, Steamed or
barbecued fresh water prawns, Tom Yam Gung
(Thailand's national dish) - spicy, sour prawn and lemongrass soup.
Moo Op - braised tenderloin pork, Laap Moo/Gai - Minced
pork/chicken with mint.
